The Daily Meal Count Summary Form can be used to report the total number of meals, by type, served each day across all rooms, as reported on the by-name Point-of-Service Meal Count Forms. This form could also be used to record meal counts at the point-of-service. If used for point-of-service meal counts, there should be a separate form in each room where meals are served.
